    In modern life ,we need to work hard to promote but we also learn how to relax. If we work all day and have no time to enjoy our life we are easy to be stressful. I used to feel stress about my studying, I always studying and do not take part in any activities in my class and I do not have any hobbies however I am not pleased with my studying. Why other students in my class do not study as much as me but their ranks are higher than me, I wonder. Lately, I understand that my studying method is not efficient since I do not have time to relax and I study in a state of stress. therefore I choose for myself a way of reducing stress that is learning martial art.I learn martial art for many reason. First, it’s my dream since i was a child,now I want to make it become true, it is very exciting. Second, learning martial art help us healthier. Most of my time is sitting to study so I need to learn something has more movement and have a strong body. Finally, I am a girl so it’s better to know how to protect myself in danger. Now, I fell very happy, active, confident. I remember,someone said a good mind in a good health.

    I think, there are many ways to reduce stress. according to everyone’s hobby, they will difine the best ways of reducing stress for themself. every day, I have same something to do, so I alway stress about later day of work. I have a fisk tank, so when I go home, i usually feed fishs, I look at my fishes swim and eat while my computer plays instrumental music. my stress seem to be lost. I think one of the best way to reduce stress is you should have cat, dog, fish,…Feeding is funny.

    Do you know what age often make you stress? I think that it is about over 70 ages. Because people in this age are often afraid of die. In fact, some of young people also stress. Me too. I don’t know what you do to reduce stress but for me i am real bad. I feel time very slow, i don’t remember what I did yesterday. I can’t smile and can’t speak freely. Everything so boring. It is a terrible time. Fortunately, my friend called me to go out and we talked all things. We went to an entertainment park, we played all game and ate foods which i like. All actions have made me forget bad thing. Finally, my friend lead me beach. A beach isn’t beautiful but have a lot of tree and in there we can see sunset. My friend have shared me all thing which he had experience. It is so awful than me. I feel better than. I real thanked him for all his help. So if you are stressed why you don’t look for a person to share and do everything which you like.

    we are living in a modern industrial society and stress is something that we can not avoid. there are a lot of people suffer from depression because of too much stress in life, however, there are many others can overcome and have a comfortable life. it depends on what you do to reduce stress. there are many useful ways to defeat stress. in my opinion, the best one is finding joy by yourself and everything becomes more simple. but the question is how to find joy when you are so bored? now your friends are important than ever. they can listen to your annoyance, that can make you feel really light. then they will take you out of trouble by walking, playing sport, going camping and so on.you will forget all the worst things and have a perfect time.

    These days, many people are stressful because of many causes. we have to work hard and have no time to relax or there are not many entertainment places… Life seems stuffy therefore we feel bored and stressful. However there are many way to reduce stress depend on each people. For me. I often reduce stress by listening music, going out with some friends, watching funny video or sleeping a long time. I think when you are stressful, you should do what you want to do that make you feel comfortable. You can express to your close friends, go on holiday…I hope we’re always cheerful

    In the modern soiety, stress is seem to be serious. People would do many things with the high speed to catch the development of life. As a result, they will feel tired, exhausted and more strainuous. To be keep survising in such this modern society, pelople must learn how to reduce and remove stress from them. There’re many ways to do as long as they’re suitable to your situation. Some people can go for a walk after working, somes could jok or go shopping, listen music, ride bycle, etc. About me, I would like to do exerices every morning so that i can improve my physical healthy and bring a fresh feeling to a working day. Another thing i would like to do is that meeting with friends. It’s very interesting when you enjoy an wonderful evening at a coffee shop with your friends. During that, you can gossip with your friends about your work, hobby, worry, or your new friends, for example.
    I think stress is thing can not avoid nowaday. It’s not too bad if we know how to control it and make your life more interesting.

    in the modern life,we face many pressure make us stressfully.how to reduce the stress.i will share my experience about reducing the stress.when i was stressed i will sing karaoke online or chat with my friend to forget being tired.the importance you must be optimistic about life then after that stress you prefer love

    Take a warm shower or bath. If you need to unwind from a hard day of work, try calming yourself in a warm shower and letting the water run over your body. Think of the water as cleansing away your stress. You may prefer to take a bath instead, if you have time for this. A bath can relax your body and mind. Try soaking in a scented bubble bath or add bath salts to calm your senses. Scents, such as lavender, that are pleasing can calm your body and mind completely.

    Listen to music, sing, and dance. Music can be very uplifting and a great way to relieve stress after a hard work day. Play some music in the car on the ride home from work. Turn the music up loud and sing your heart out. Singing can release aggression and irritability so that you feel better emotionally. Music can do amazing things for your mental wellness and using it to relieve stress is no different. You could even play music when you get home and dance around with your children to get into a silly mood that will get rid of stress after a hard work day, instantly!

    hj every body! i’m so glad to join this forum to talk together how can we reduce stress.
    at first i want said that im studying in univercity of technology and i have to study hard. i spend whole time on studying . So i have few time for relaxing.i really really get stress
    but i have spare time i will spend it on travelling. i will make a long trip far as i can. Go to place so peaceful and beautiful . Forgetting everything !
    bur it just hope .
    up to now i never have onething like that. My life is always busy.
