		<description>Hello. Here is my opinion about reducing stress. 
If I feel stress about my schooling, I always eat a little bit food and then sleep. Food is the thing makes you forget the stress and Sleeping will make you feel more comfortable, fresh after waking up. And also, you should try to listen to music, read funny stories or maybe I can wander for a while. 
I am sure that these steps will keep you from being stressful!

In my opinion, to reduce stress We&#039;ll choose one of the sports ex:Go swimming, playing footbal, go fishing, cycling, or having a walk for a cup of coffee with friends. Throughout, we can share the difficulty of our work, life style and so forth. Or make friend with the others in this club to &quot;I climb this highest moutain, try to see your smiles&quot; - a lyrics of the stratovarius band. that&#039;s all my private opinon. thanks for reading.
