Topcic: For students, purchasing or renting a home?

For students, purchasing or renting a home? Give your opinion.

Many find it advantageous to purchase a home, but others find renting more suited to their needs. While there are advantages for both options renting is generally the best choice for young students. Students often do not have money to buy a home and need to know that it will not be necessary to find a buyer for the home if they decide to transfer to another school or return home.

Owning a home provides a number of benefits. For example, a home owner can make more noise than someone who lives in an apartment without having to worry that every small noise might disturb neighbors. Unlike apartment dwellers, homeowners can also put holes in walls and redecorate without being concerned about losing part or all of a security deposit.

There are also benefits to renting. A renter is only tied down only by the terms of the rental agreement or lease. If a renter wants to move, it is not necessary to find a buyer. In addition, a renter does not have to provide a large down payment as does a home owner.

A student who plans to return home after college or who wishes to transfer to another school often cannot be tied down to a house. Consequently, renting is the answer for most young students.

At various times of their lives, people have different needs. While purchasing a home is often the best choice for somebody with an adequate income and roots in a community, for the reasons discussed, it is often not the most feasible choice for young students.

housing is a big concern for all students who lived far away from home Because they have been depending on their parent’s finance. Most of them do not have enough money to own an apartment by themselves , so it is easy to understand why most of student choose to rent a house instead of buying a house .
although owning an apartment has more advantages but in totally i think renting a room or house are suitable for students most.the student who lives in renting house has less freedom than one who owns an apartment , they are not allowed to come home late at night , to make too much noise or they often have to face to thief everyday while the student who owns a house does not worry much about these problems above .
moreover ,cost is another consideration .renting house costs less than buying a house and students can change to another better place if they like …while it is not easy to look for someone who buys their houses ..when they want to move to another house.
if you could not choose to buy a private house or rent a house why don’t you come to live in dorms ? this is a good choice for students , less expensive and they can get lots of benefit ..such as improving life skills and experiences …

Renting a house is often a good choice for students ling away from home, especially to whom live on their parent’s finance. They can be easy to tranfer school or move to another better place. On the contrary, students who own home often find it difficult to stranfer because they have to look for someone to buy their home with a suitable price.
