hj every body! i’m so glad to join this forum to talk together how can we reduce stress.
at first i want said that im studying in univercity of technology and i have to study hard. i spend whole time on studying . So i have few time for relaxing.i really really get stress
but i have spare time i will spend it on travelling. i will make a long trip far as i can. Go to place so peaceful and beautiful . Forgetting everything !
bur it just hope .
up to now i never have onething like that. My life is always busy.

i think wedding day is very especial and important day . most of us only has one in our life . why we don’t make it best. We have no second chance. Do you agree with me. This is the first time i joy in this website and talk together with evrey body . Im so glad . From my point of view i’ll make my wedding day very meaningful. i’ll organize it in my home town. Inviting relative and close friend and colleague.
i’ll make my wife more happy than anybody in the wedding day

Hi everybody,i want to share my dream to all you.I am going to graduate university on june,when study at university i have many dreams in the future.my great dream in the future is to found a my own company. i want to become a the richest person in vietnam like duc doan nguyen or tam thanh dang so on and my company become a great corparation in the world link MS or Intel etc.i will found a university and invest my money in that university to improve the quality of teaching and researching in vietnam.

Aloha everyboy! I have just looked a iteresting topic. right now, I’m going show you about my dream, and please don’t comment about it.
I really found my dream when I was studying in my University, my dream is to answer two questions, the first: “Why do I live?” and the second: “What do I do when I live?” are they too hard to understand,aren’t they? Yes, It is a hard question, and I’m going to answer it!
A day I thought a good people was a man that he can make everyone smile so much, but then, I think it’s only a part of life, and real mean of life is to do everytime, it is not be done, that mean is: he do by his thinking, and he doen’t do with no thinking. Yes it is mind, and if you do by your thinking you will can do everthing, and you will not be driven. Yes that is my thinking at the moment, but it only is my thinking of now, it can be changed by me, because my dream is answer two question I have just tell you. I’m going to answer them!.

Hello everybody, I’m here to tell you about my family… My family have six peoples, And I’m youngest people. Now, I introduce about me. I’m a student, I live in Hanoi and I study in Hanoi University of Technology, I’ve studied in there for 2 years, since 2008. My parents are teacher, and they teach about Mathematics, I love them so much and pride of them, I was really given a lot of things from them. Next, my oldest sister, she is a teacher too, she live in Bac Ninh city, she was married and has a child, she has a good life. Next is my second sister, she has just married, and her husband studied in my University, I like to say with him, now they are living in Korea, and they have a happy life. Next is my third sister, she has leaved her University, and she studied in my University (Bach Khoa), she is a people like travelling, now she is working to make some money to travel. Travelling is my liking of me, and I’m going travel around the world, that is a part of my dream. The end!
I’ve just had a very happy time, nice to meet everyone!.

Listen to music, sing, and dance. Music can be very uplifting and a great way to relieve stress after a hard work day. Play some music in the car on the ride home from work. Turn the music up loud and sing your heart out. Singing can release aggression and irritability so that you feel better emotionally. Music can do amazing things for your mental wellness and using it to relieve stress is no different. You could even play music when you get home and dance around with your children to get into a silly mood that will get rid of stress after a hard work day, instantly!
